Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Vanity

Carefully repack your item in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all hardware, marble tops, and accessories are securely fastened to prevent transit damage.

Schedule Pickup

Due to the size and weight of our vanities, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your curbside or loading dock at a scheduled time.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
